I did notice the pool was closed for maintenance when I wanted to dive in and there were occasional hiccups with dining bookings at peak hours.

the noise from the nearby road was annoying. but the executive twin suite had an amazing view of mt fuji (a rare sight! ). loved the futuristic toilet system that was super high-tech. the location was perfect for exploring roppongi (and close to tons of restaurants!
