missingWrote a review on Jan 23gorgeous city viewfresh breakfasthelpful staffpool maintenance
The dining scene at Grand Hyatt Tokyo was a feast for the senses! I loved starting my mornings at The French Kitchen with their revamped breakfast buffet featuring fresh pastries and local specialties. Nearby, I found gems like L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Rintan for unforgettable yakiniku experiences. The staff was super helpful throughout my stay, making navigating the city a breeze, and the view from my King Room was simply stunning!
I did notice the pool was closed for maintenance when I wanted to dive in and there were occasional hiccups with dining bookings at peak hours.

We loved our stay here, especially the amazing breakfast and watching the sunrise over Tokyo Tower from our room. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for some relaxing times after our busy days. Just a heads up, the rollaway bed situation needed some extra attention, but overall, it was a fantastic trip! 😊

The Club room access provided us with a fantastic space to unwind every evening. The breakfast offerings were impressive, especially with the wide range of options available for families. Grand Hyatt Tokyo offers great amenities and friendly staff, but hidden charges can catch you off guard, and breakfast didn’t meet expectations. The location is excellent, and the room was clean but small. Overall, a solid choice for business travel but could improve on transparency regarding costs.
